Robomower Lawnbott Simple Return Policy

Bamabots.com stands behind our robot lawn mowers with the most knowledgeable staff and very long hours of operation.  Sometimes however our robot mowers just are not a good fit. When that happens we offer the same enthusiasm as we sold it.

Robomower or LawnBott robot mowers may be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.  We accept only robot mowers that have been purchased from Bamabots.com.

In order to facilitate the fastest return, please read the limitations below and fill out the form at the bottom.  We will promptly send you an RMA number.

The robot mower must be in the original shipping package.  The robot mower must be in sellable condition.  We fully realize the mower is going to be used with grass stains.  However we do ask that an attempt is made to clean it.

What is not returnable and is chargeable:

Wire and Pegs- If the package has been opened, regardless if they have been used, we have to charge for wire and pegs at the appropriate prices.

Missing or Damaged Parts- Missing or damaged parts are the responsibility of the customer.  This includes damage in shipping.  We will help as much as we can on any insurance claim however this is ultimately the customer's responsibility.

Excessive wear- We realize there is going to be grass stains and some scratches.  However the robot mower must be in sellable condition.

Return Shipping- The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving it.  Your credit card may take up to 30 days to post on your statement.  This is beyond our control.
