- If it is under warranty have the serial number and proof of purchase in hand.

- Describe the problem and what you have done to try to fix it.
- Be near your Robomower in case it is only a programming problem.
We will evaluate the problem and give you some options over the phone.
What it my Robomower has to be sent in for repair?
- If it has to be sent in for repairs we will tell you how to prepare your Robomower for shipping.
- We will give you an estimate of how much it will cost.
- We can issue a call-tag to have it picked up at your door.
- We will repair the problem, fully test your Robomower to make sure it is ready to start again on your yard immediately.
- We will then ship it back to you.
